    STUDY DRUG: None
    1) Pts currently registered on SWOG or Intergroup treatment studies for multiple myeloma (MM), smoldering myeloma, Waldenstorm's macroglobulinemia (WM), monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) or amyloidosis (AL).
    2) Pts already enrolled on active SWOG teatment protocols.
