Chelsea Hospital Oncologist Receives a $566,000 Grant for Research

Trinity Health Michigan and the Michigan Cancer Research Consortium received a $566,000 grant to support Dr. Elie Dib’s work in clinical cancer trials and increasing patient access to new treatments. Dr. Dib, a hematologist oncologist, has enrolled over 200 patients in NCI-sponsored trials since joining Trinity Health IHA in 2016. The grant recognizes Dr. Dib as a Clinician Scientist of the National Cancer Institute, a prestigious award given to a select few clinicians each year.
